1. Publishing new ads is free of charge.

2. Upon closing a deal with the property, the owner of the property (the publisher) pays to “Territory” 1,5 % of the sale price of the property on the very day of conclusion of the preliminary contract between both parties.

3. Both parties should provide all documents required for the finalization of a deal.

4. “Territory” assists both parties in provision of required documents, in preparation of papers and finalization of the deal by a notary.
