À newly completely built hotel with all indoor furniture and equipment for kitchen and service rooms in one of the best winter ski resorts of Bulgaria - in Bansko. -The Opened Construction Area of the hotel is 5 894 sq.m. of which 799 sq.m. are underground and the rest of 5 095 are above the ground. -The land over which the hotel is built is 1650 sq.m. -Four stars hotel category -Situated 800 meters from the lift and 300 meters from the main road Bansko-Sofia -There are a total of 6 floors of which: -there is underground parking for 35 cars, heating caldron room, water and sewerage room, servicing rooms -one mezzanin floor, with fitness, spa center, a restaurant, café-bar, ski wardrobe, storages, washing machine room, staff rooms -first floor, entrance, lobby, reception desk, fire place corner, sanitary rooms, elevators, as well as 5 hotel rooms and 2 apartments. -three residential floors, on each floor there are 17 rooms and 2 apartments. -under roof floor, with 7 “mezonet” apartments and 10 hotel rooms. -There are a total of 66 rooms of which 10 luxury rooms, 8 apartments, 7 double floor roof apartments. The apartments are with surface of 50 sq.m. and the double rooms are with surface 24-25 sq.m. -The meeting capacity of the hotel is 192 beds with a possibility to increase to 231. -The hotel is fully furnished and equipped. There are beds, wardrobes, sleeping sheets, blankets, towels in the rooms. There are tables and chairs in the restaurant, table scarves, spoons and forks, full kitchen equipment, washing machine, ironing equipment, drying machine, fitness, sauna. -The façade is traditional for Bansko region architectural design -The hotel is with massive, solid armored concrete construction. -The hotel has its own sewerage system at 477 meters, f 400 and own water pipe – 228 meters long -Own gas heating system with 10 m3 underground cistern with a capacity to heat for a period of 45 days at -17C degrees cold. -There is double thermo-isolation - from outdoor – 5 sm and from indoor -The woodwork is with wood window package -This month the permission for exploitation of the hotel will be issued.
